No reservations are taken in the weekend evenings. I can see why. A table is never free for longer than 20 seconds before the next hungry clients settle themselves in. A menu is placed in front of you but it serves no purpose. Pizza is the only thing to be ordered here.
Run by Italians, principally for Italians for over the last thirty years, you find the words ancora
slipping out of your mouth even faster than the Chianti is slipping down!
Costing you between 10 and 12 euros for a pizza, it's at a very reasonable price point (far cheaper than the Pizza Pino
I see in all the tourist hot-spots) and I can't think of anything better than stopping off here next time you want a slice of Italy.
