Burnt Cream and Bubbles I

Summer finally showed its face last week. The temperatures in Paris soared gloriously high, people had left their coats, gloves and umbrellas at home in favour of summer dresses and sunglasses and it was finally starting to feel HOT. 
... and what better to pop open than a bottle of Italian bubbles, the dry Prosecco from Sorelle Bronca.
Wine snobs have the unfortunate tendancy to look down on the lowly Prosecco. Whilst it is less complex, less it's also less money and less faff. This was a perfect aperitif amongst friends.
