A Food Blog For Dining Out and Eating In

Beef Club, 75001

This hot new opening in Paris is the latest venture by the people behind the Compagnie des Vins Surnaturels, the Experimental, Prescription and the Curio Parlour.

The concept is simple: MEAT!

Meeeeeeeeaaaaaatttt....

Or more precisely (and eloquently!) the best meat available: the best-sourced, highest-quality cuts on the market. Long gone are the days of the BSE mad-cow scare, when the French were quivering in their boots at the mention of English produce, all the beef for the Beef Club comes from Yorkshire farmer, Tim Wilson (aka Ginger Pig)'s, cattle.

The idea of the restaurant is really simple. The customer chooses their cut, the side dish and the sauce. There are eight different cuts to choose from, ten side dishes and five sauces. There is also a burger, pork belly, fish and lobster on the menu..... but quite honestly, why would you??

Phone or email ten days in advance to be sure of getting a table.
